Welcome to Bobku Merch. These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using this store, placing orders, and buying Bobku merchandise.
Quick human note: this page is the necessary boring paperwork. The short version is: please use the store normally, make sure your order information is accurate, understand that most items are made through print-on-demand partners, and contact us if something goes sideways. We will try to handle problems fairly and clearly.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

3. Products and Product Images
We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible. However, colors, placement, sizing, and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, product type, print process, fabric, and fulfillment partner.
Most Bobku merch is produced through print-on-demand partners. This means items are generally made after an order is placed rather than pulled from a warehouse of pre-printed stock.
Product descriptions, prices, designs, availability, and product options may change at any time without notice.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is accepted when it is confirmed and processed through the store.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because print-on-demand items can enter production quickly, cancellation or change requests may not always be possible after an order has been placed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or other issues affecting fulfillment.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing
Prices are shown in the store and may change without notice. The price charged for an item will be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, import fees, VAT, or other charges that may apply based on your location.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other issues outside our control may affect delivery.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Because most items are print-on-demand, returns and exchanges are not always as simple as traditional retail. If something is defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise wrong, contact us at merch@bobkutech.com and we will help work through the process.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights, including a 14-day right to cancel or return eligible orders for any reason and without justification.
Those rights are described more fully in our Refund Policy. This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
The Bobku name, logos, artwork, product designs, character concepts, text, images, graphics, audio, and other creative materials associated with this store and the broader Bobku project are owned by Bobku or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Buying a product does not grant you ownership of the underlying artwork, logos, characters, music, lyrics, product designs, or other intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, or create derivative products from Bobku materials without written permission.
Limited permissions for some Bobku website text, lyrics, press assets, and AI-related use are described separately on the Bobku License & Reuse Policy. That policy applies to the materials it specifically covers. It does not automatically grant rights to merchandise designs or products sold in this store.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
This store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party tools, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, apps, or links to outside websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, services, or practices of third-party websites or services. If you leave this store through an external link, your use of that site is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.
11. Relationship With Shopify
Bobku Merch is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the store and related services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in this store are made directly with Bobku Merch.
By using the store, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Bobku Merch, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Bobku Merch.

Personal information collected through this store is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process information as described in Shopify’s own privacy materials.
