The Staff Solidarity Tee is for the people who respect the crew, admire the clipboard, and somehow still look like they know where catering is. It is not official event apparel. It is not a credential. It is simply a black shirt for anyone who wants to stand in solidarity with the people making the show happen while being extremely clear that they are mostly just here for moral support.

Finished with the small @B mark on the front chest and CROWD OPS sleeve detail, and the back print: "STAFF SOLIDARITY" and "NOT EVENT STAFF, JUST EMOTIONALLY AVAILABLE"

Venue note: This design may not be universally venue-friendly. Some venues, festivals, or security teams may not love audience members wearing anything that says “STAFF.” If you are worried about wearing it to a show, you should probably choose the venue-safe variant instead that says CREW SOLIDARITY.
