The Crew Solidarity Tee is for the people who respect the hands, backs, brains, radios, cables, lifts, resets, and questionable miracles that make the show happen. It is not official crew apparel. It is not a credential. It is simply a black shirt for anyone who wants to stand in solidarity with the people doing the real work while staying safely on the audience side of the barricade.

Finished with the small @B mark on the front chest and CROWD OPS sleeve detail, and the back print: "CREW SOLIDARITY" and "NOT EVENT CREW, JUST EMOTIONALLY AVAILABLE"

Venue note: This is the more venue-safe version of the Staff Solidarity Tee. Since it says “CREW” instead of “STAFF,” it is less likely to be confused with official venue personnel, but it is still not a pass, credential, access badge, radio, clipboard, or permission to walk through the wrong door with confidence.
